Courage does not come without fear.
Human connection matters
Healthy human connection is one of the highest forms of love we can experience. Whether it's with a partner, a best friend, or a parent, when we feel seen and supported, anything feels possible. It's through safe, nurturing relationships that we grow, heal, and thrive.
But life isn’t always so simple. It brings adversity, uncertainty, and moments of deep loneliness. And the truth is no one should have to navigate that alone.
I’m here to walk beside you as you find your way, whatever it is you're seeking. The journey won’t be without its fears and challenges, but it will also be filled with joy, growth, and deep love. And I promise, you won’t regret it.
Why Therapy?
Does it feel like life just never goes your way like you're stuck in a familiar, painful cycle you can’t seem to break? Are you your own harshest critic, spiraling into self-doubt and shame? Or maybe you’re struggling in your relationship, craving a deeper emotional connection but unsure how to get there because every attempt turns into an argument, leaving you exhausted and even more disconnected from your partner.
Therapy is about learning to show compassion toward yourself, getting clear on your wants and needs, and removing the barriers that keep you stuck. When was the last time you felt truly seen and understood just for being you?
My sessions are designed to give you the space to be your most authentic self. This is a place to be celebrated, not judged, a place to plant the seeds of healing and growth.
Are you ready to stop the suffering and start living fully?
What to expect
A big part of my therapeutic process involves emotional processing and acknowledging your feelings even the ones you’ve spent years avoiding. It’s about understanding where they come from and learning how to move through them with compassion.
Because healing doesn’t happen by pushing feelings away it happens when we allow ourselves to feel them fully, in a safe and supportive space.
Some sessions may feel intense, bringing up deep emotions; other times may feel lighter and more reflective. Both are welcome and necessary parts of the process.
In our sessions, I incorporate tools such as healthy coping strategies, boundary setting, problem-solving skills, identifying core needs, processing trauma, heartbreak, and grief, role-playing, guided enactments and breathing techniques.
Often, clients tell me they leave the sessions feeling a greater sense of clarity and lighter.
My Approach
My approach is humanistic and collaborative. I connect with you on a genuine, human level while offering honest feedback and thoughtful guidance. You can expect empathy, evocative questions, meaningful reflections, validation, and a gentle deepening of your emotional experience.
For individual therapy, I draw from a blend of Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), attachment theory, relational therapy, strength-based approaches, humanistic principles, and solution-focused techniques. This integrative approach allows me to meet you where you are and support you in meaningful, lasting change.
For couples, I specialize in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), evidence-based, designed to deepen emotional connection and create secure, lasting bonds. I also have specialized training in sex therapy to support couples in navigating intimacy and sexual concerns.
Expectations from you
All I ask from you is a commitment to the therapeutic process and a willingness to do the work. By "work," I mean being open to processing difficult emotions, examining painful patterns, and trying new ways of being even when it's uncomfortable.
As the saying goes, “For things to change, you have to change.”
You can do this!
Tele-Therapy
I currently offer virtual therapy sessions via Zoom, providing flexibility and accessibility from the comfort of your own space. The only requirement is that you must be a resident of California or Nevada.
